  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 C. parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • large can tomato sauce
  • 1 packet of tortillas

Combine the milk and breadcrumbs in a bowl and set aside to soak for five minutes. Whisk together the egg, salt, cheese, and parsley, then work in the ground meat, minced onions, minced garlic, and soaked breadcrumbs and milk.
Pinch off a few tablespoons of meatball mixture and shape into balls with your hands. Place the meatballs in the sauce, coating them in the sauce.
Let the meatballs cook for about four hours. When done, serve in taco form and top with leftover onion.
