Slow-Cooker Mexican BBQ Pork Sandwich

Ingredients
- Pork:
- 1 lb. pork boneless loin roast, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 20 oz. jar salsa
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 C. shredded Monterey jack cheese (optional)
- 1 bottle of sweet BBQ sauce
- Sandwich:
- 4-6 whole wheat buns
- 1 bag of shredded roman lettuce

Directions
Mix pork, salsa, BBQ sauce, and chilies in 3 1/2-4 quart slow-cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 6-8 hour or until pork is tender. Stir in beans. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until hot. Begin making your sandwich by placing the pork on a whole wheat bun. Be sure to get lots of sauce on it. Top it off with shredded lettuce and enjoy.
