- 12 C. water
- 8 Tbs. white or yellow miso paste
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 2 C. green onions, chopped
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Pour all ingredients in crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. If you desire, serve with rice noodles.
