Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1/8 C. all−purpose flour
  • 1 C. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced or chopped

Directions

Crumble sausage into a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Then add garlic and mix. Cook until thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper. Let the gravy cool.  Add the gravy and veggies to the crockpot.  Cook on high for 2 hours.
