Slow Cooker Onion and Potato Dip
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 1 large potato, chopped
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
In a slow cooker, add in oil, potatoes, onions, butter and pinch of salt.
Blend the mixture together.
Cook on high heat for 8 hours or until onions are brown.
Drain onions and mash potatoes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and add half the onions and potatoes to it.
Blend well and serve.
