  • 1 med. potato
  • one 16-oz. bag split peas, rinsed
  • one 11-oz. can whole kernel corn with red and green peppers
  • one 14-oz. can chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 ribs celery, diagonally sliced
  • 1 Tbs. dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Cut potato into small cubes and add to slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.  In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients plus 3 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt.  Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
