  • Olive Oil
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 C Beef Broth
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4 Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Onions, sliced
  • 1 Celery Rib, finely diced
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
