  • 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed
  • 1 pkg. BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
  • 1/2 C. ketchup
  • 1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Put the pork in the crockpot. Combine the seasoning mix, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar in another bowl. Pour the mixture over the pork and cover. Cook 8 hours on low. Remove the pork and shred it with 2 forks. Return it to the crockpot and mix with the sauce for about 10 minutes. Serve on sandwiches with your choice of toppings.
