Slow-Cooker Rotisserie Chicken on a Bed of Potatoes

- 1 whole chicken
- Rotisserie seasoning
- Rosemary seasoning
- 1 lb. potatoes, cut into thick slices
Place the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot. Roll up 4 balls of aluminum foil (about 1 to 1 1/2 inch in size) and place them around the potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot. Set a whole chicken top of the aluminum foil balls. Sprinkle seasoned salt, rotisserie seasoning and rosemary seasoning all over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours. Let the fat drizzle onto the potatoes to season them. Once the chicken is done pull the potatoes out of the crockpot and enjoy them.
