Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 16-oz. pkg. spaghetti pasta, cooked
  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp peppercorn
  • 1/8 C water
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine

Directions

Combine all ingredients except seafood into a crockpot. Cover; cook on high for about 2 hours. Add seafood and cook until salmon is tender. Stir in cooked spaghetti and let sit for about 20 minutes.  Add additional peppercorn and parsley for garnish and enjoy.
