  • 1 lbs sockeye salmon
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 lb linguine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Remove any bones from the salmon.
Cut into three pieces.
Mix the brown sugar and oil and spread over salmon.
Place meat in a pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.

In a slow cooker, add the chicken broth, spinach, garlic, and olive oil.
Cook on low heat for an 1-2 hours or until spinach is wilted.

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Chop salmon into little one inch pieces.
Mix with pasta and spinach.
Season if needed with salt and pepper.
