- 4 Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions
Clean potatoes thoroughly. Peel and cut each potato into small wedges and place in a plastic bag. Add sea salt, pepper, and oil, then shake contents of bag together to coat potatoes. Place potatoes in a crockpot. Turn the crockpot on high and cook for 2-3 hours or until the wedges are golden.
