This chicken will be a great meat to have during dinner. We love to use them to make tacos! The teriyaki flavor lends itself perfectly to the other Tex-Mex ingredients.

  • 3 lbs. chicken breasts, cut into small strips
  • 2 8-oz. cans crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 C. chicken broth
  • 1 C. teriyaki sauce
  • 3 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • taco shells
  • taco toppings (sliced onion, cilantro, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, etc.)

Place chicken in crock pot. Pour remaining ingredients over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Once done, assemble tacos to your liking.
