  • 2 salmon filets
  • 8 lemon slices
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Lay out a piece of foil twice as big as the salmon filet. Place a single filet on the foil, season salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. Top salmon with 4 lemon slices and parsley. Fold foil over and crimp edges together to make an airtight seal. Repeat for additional fillet. Put the salmon foil packets in the crockpot. Cook salmon on low for 2-4 hours until it flakes easily with a fork. Slice and serve on slices of bread topped with capers.
