Slow Cooker Turkey Breast with Wild Rice Stuffing

Serving Size / Yield
- 4 C. cooked wild rice
- 3/4 C. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 C. dried cranberries
- 1/3 C. slivered almonds
- 2 med. peeled or unpeeled cooking apples, coarsely chopped
- 4- to 5-lb. boneless whole turkey breast, thawed if frozen
In large bowl, mix all ingredients except turkey.
In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, place turkey. Place wild rice mixture around edge of cooker.
Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
