Slow Cooker Vegetable Rice

Serving Size / Yield
- 2 cups of rice
- cherry tomatoes
- cucumbers, chopped into little pieces
- carrots, peeled and chopped into pieces
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
In a slow cooker, place the ingredients inside and mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put the slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours.
