  • 2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C. BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 C. marinade, dry
  • 1/2 C. apple cider
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar, white
  • 1 tsp. sugar, brown
  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger, ground

Once you have set enough smoke.
Cut and pierce the meat using some forks
Use marinade to dry rub the meat
You then have to drain excess marinade which might have been left on
This is then brushed with barbeque sauce
The other ingredients are also rubbed generously then covered with some plastic for a few minutes
With the correct set temperature, the tenderloins should be arranged onto the grill, making sure that the slow-smoked pork tenderloin gets enough heat
Once the internal pork is well cocked, know that even the outer region is perfect
Let it cool for five minutes, slice then serve
