Small Nut Rolls
Ingredients
- 6 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 lb. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 cake of yeast
- 1 Tbs. vanilla
- Nut Mixture:
- 2 - 2 1/2 lb. nuts, chopped or ground
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. butter
- Mix and add milk to moisten nut mixture

Directions
Melt butter in pan and add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, sugar and yeast, mix well. Then add flour and salt and knead until mixed well. Roll into small balls. Refrigerate over-night. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out balls on powder sugar. Top with nut mixture and then roll together. Bake for 10 -12 minutes or until just before starting to brown.
