  • 1 cup cherry cola
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup steak sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 5 pounds rib tips
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer

Combine the salt and pepper, paprika, and meat tenderizer in a bowl. Rub both sides of the meat with the spice mixture. Put the charcoal on one side of the grill and the pork on the other side of the grill. Grill the ribs for 20 minutes with the lid closed and flip the meat. Do this every 20 minutes for 2.5 hours. Transfer the meat to a cutting board and cut the tips into smaller pieces. To make the sauce, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to get a small simmer and simmer for 8 minutes. Remove the sauce from heat and cool to room temperature. Serve the sauce over the meat or on the side.
