We have a delicious and creamy dip that includes smoked salmon. There is even a touch of hot sauce for an extra kick!

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 C. sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. butter, softened
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. capers
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
  • 8 oz. smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and butter in food processor. Add onions, parsley, lemon juice, capers, lemon rind, pepper and hot sauce to blend. Process smoked salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
