  • 10 oz. cold smoked salmon, sliced
  • 30 crackers of choice
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • ½ brick of cream cheese

Lay out all of the crackers. Spread cream cheese over each cracker. Slice up the cucumber into about 30 slices. Place a thin slice of salmon over each cucumber. Serve on a tray and enjoy.
