Smoked Sausage and Potato Foil Dinner

- 1 C. frozen cubed hash browns with peppers and onion, thawed
- 3 oz. sliced smoked beef sausage (you can use kielbasa if you want)
- 1 Tbs. Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tbs. grated cheddar cheese
Take a 12x24-inch piece of foil and fold in half to make a square piece of foil. Put potatoes on foil, top with smoked sausage slices. Drizzle salad dressing over top. Pull opposite sides together and do a double fold. Double fold ends. Put on medium grill for 12 minutes, turn over and grill another 8 minutes. Open pouch carefully after removing from grill and sprinkle cheese over top. Reseal for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve right out of the foil or transfer to plates.
