  • ½ C. milk
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, simmer the corn and milk for about 5 minutes. Add in the cream cheese and stir, cooking for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve as it is, or puree the mixture for extra smooth creamed corn.
