Smooth and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

It's creamy because of the cream cheese and creamy peanut butter. It's smooth because of the confectioners' sugar and whipped topping.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. creamy peanut butter
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 C. confectioners' sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 9-inch chocolate cookie crumb crust

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Fold Cool Whip into peanut butter mixture. Blend until smooth.

Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate for about 3 hours until pie is firm.

  • I have a great tip for peanut butter pie lovers who can no longer eat peanuts or nuts. I used "I M Healthy" chunky soynut butter, and it was really good. The only alteration you may want to make is to add a little more soynut butter than the amount of peanut butter called for.
