Smooth and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. creamy peanut butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 C. confectioners' sugar
- 12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 9-inch chocolate cookie crumb crust
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Fold Cool Whip into peanut butter mixture. Blend until smooth.
Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate for about 3 hours until pie is firm.
