  • 8 oz. peanut butter sandwich cookies
  • Dash salt
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • ½ C. peanut butter
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ C. powdered sugar
  • ¾ C. heavy cream
  • Chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, pulse together peanut butter cookies, salt, and butter until crumbly. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie tin. Place in the freezer to set up and then bake for 10 minutes until golden. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into peanut butter filling and spread mixture onto crust. Chill for 30 minutes, top with chocolate, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
