Smooth Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Serving Size / Yield
- 1/2 C semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 C almond milk
- 1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, about 1 to 2 minutes, or until melted and smooth.
Place the melted chocolate, avocados, honey, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla and salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
