Ingredients

  • ½ C. butter
  • ¾ C. eggnog
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 10 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg, ground
  • 1 jar of marshmallow crème
  • 1 C. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. rum extract

Directions

In a saucepan mix the butter, eggnog and sugar. Bring it to a boil. Stir frequently until the mixture is creamy. Remove the mixture from the heat. Add in the milk chocolate, nutmeg, marshmallow crème, pecans and rum extract. Transfer mixture into a square pan. Cover it up with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Let it cool. Cut and refrigerate.
