Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Make the crust:
First, in a mixing bowl, add the crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix everything well and then transfer to a 9-inch pie plate. Press the mixture evenly over the bottom and the sides of the pan. Bake the crust until it becomes firm, about 10 minutes. Finally, take out the pie plate and let the crust cool.
Make filling:
Next, bring in a small pan, bring the cream to a boil over medium-high heat. Place the chocolate in a bowl and pour the cream on top. Let the mix sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Pour into crust; bake until set, about 25 minutes. Cool on a rack.
Adding the Marshmallows:
Before serving the pie, first, preheat the broiler to high. Then set an oven rack 5 inches from heat source and sprinkle the marshmallows over the top of the pie. Broil the pie until the marshmallows are toasted. Make sure to watch the pie carefully so scorching can be avoided.
