Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
- 1 C. shortening
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- sugar
- cinnamon
Directions
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll by teaspoonful into balls, cover with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
