Soft & Chewy Caramel Squares
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 C. light brown sugar, packed
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 C. corn syrup
- 2 sticks of butter
Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and cook the syrup for 20 minutes and pour the mixture into a long pan prepared with parchment paper. Cool the sheet of caramel for 15 minutes or until they’re solid. Cut the sheet into squares and serve.
