  • ¼ lb. pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • ¼ lb. genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • ¼ lb. proscuitto
  • ¼ lb. provolone cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ C. iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • Olive oil and vinegar
  • ½ Tbs. dried oregano

Slice the rolls in half lengthwise, split and layer the pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and onion between the two rolls. Drizzle the sandwiches with olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle it with oregano. Broil on high for five minutes if you want it toasted.
