Soft Italian Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb. chopped beef
- 2 slices bread without crusts
- 1/2 C. Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1/2 C. of milk
- Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place 2 slices of crustless bread in a bowl, soak and mix with hands. Add rest of ingredients and enough breadcrumbs to hold meatballs together. Brown meatballs in olive oil or bake at 375 degrees for 25 min. and add to your favorite sauce.
