  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 C. butter, softened
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 3 C. flour
  • 1/2 bag white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 bag butterscotch chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl cream the butter and both sugars. One at a time, beat in the eggs. Add in the oil, vanilla, and almond extract. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Slowly mix in them into the wet ingredients. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in the chips. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned.
