With only three ingredients and tons of flavor, this soup is an easy Italian favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can chicken broth
  • 1/2 C. short or long grain rice
  • 1 pkg. frozen tiny or petite peas

Directions

Bring broth to boiling and add rice. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Strike the package of peas against a hard surface to separate the peas. Add to the boiling broth and simmer gently, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Ladle into bowls.

Serve with: Roast Beef
