  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
  • ½ Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Minced Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • 1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ Cup of Diced Red Onion
  • 1 Cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and combining the chicken broth, sour cream, cornstarch, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and mixing until everything is smooth. Then, heat up the olive oil and onion in a skillet over a medium-high heat and begin browning the chicken on both sides for 3-5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium, remove the chicken, and add in the sour cream mixture.

Bring the heat back up to medium-high, allowing the sauce to simmer for about ten minutes before adding the chicken back in. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the skillet and place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Top with dill and serve warm!
