Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can cling peach slices
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 5 Tbs. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 (additional) Tbs. sugar
  • Unbaked pastry for 9" crust plus
  • lattice top

Directions

Drain peaches thoroughly and arrange in pastry-lined pie pan. Combine one C. sugar with salt, flour and sour cream; spoon over peaches. Blend 2 Tbs. sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over filling. Top with strips of pastry arranged lattice-fashion. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 to 45 minutes longer.
