  • 1 C Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 3 Green Onion stalks, finely chopped
  • ¼ C Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbs Unsalted Butter, diced
  • 1 8-inch Sourdough Round

Begin this recipe for sourdough-mozzarella cheese bread bowl by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is preheating, prepare your cheese dip. Set ¾ of the shredded mozzarella, all of the crumbled feta, diced butter, chopped green onions, and fresh parsley into a large bowl; toss and set aside. Prepare the sourdough by slicing off a thin layer from the top and hollowing out the center. Reserve the center dough and dice into bite sized pieces for dipping.

Fill the hollowed out bread bowl with the cheese and herb mixture. Top with the remaining mozzarella and then set the bowl into a baking dish. Cover loosely with foil and set in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the bowl from the oven and uncover.
