This chili pepper and whole corn cornbread is a great accompaniment to your next Mexican meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Water
  • 2/3 C. Frozen Corn
  • 2 Tbs. Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbs. Green Chili Peppers, Chopped
  • 3 1/4 C. Bread Flour
  • 1/3 C. Cornmeal
  • 2 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Yeast

Directions

Place ingredients in bread maker in order recommended by manufacturer. Process on white bread cycle. Makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.

Yield: 12 Servings
