  • 2½ cups of Cooked Chicken cut into cubes
  • 1 pkg of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1½ cup Biscuit Mix
  • ⅔ cup Milk
  • 1 can French Fried Onions
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease casserole dish. Steam vegetables for approximately 1-2 min. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, vegetables and 1 cup of cheddar cheese and pour into dish. Gradually add soup and 3/4 cup of milk by pouring into casserole. Bake covered for 15 min. Meanwhile, combine rest of milk, biscuit mix and 1/2 of fried onions, mixing dough well. Take casserole out of oven and add large spoonfuls of dough to casserole's edge. Bake for another 15-20 min or until biscuits are golden brown. Top off the casserole with the remaining onions and cheese, letting cheese slowly melt--and serve!
