Ingredients

  • 4 C. frozen ripe peaches, diced and pitted
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • ¼ C. coconut milk
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • Basil, garnish

Directions

Process the frozen peaches in a food processor. Once it’s processed, add in the honey, milk, and lemon juice. Keep processing until the mixture is smooth. Place the sorbet mixture into a container or bread pan. Smooth it down and let it freeze for four hours. Serve with waffle cones!
