  • 1 Pork Knuckle
  • 1 C. white wine
  • 2 beef stock cubes
  • 2 C. water
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Vidalia onion sliced thin

Pour water, stock cubes, white wine, and parsley in to the crockpot and let sit. Season pork knuckle with remaining ingredients, except onions. Put knuckle in to crockpot, sprinkle onions around the meat and cover. Turn crockpot on low and let cook for 7 hours, or until meat is tender enough to fall off the bone.
