  • 1 pork roast, 2 lb.
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 C. beef broth
  • 1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 T. chili powder

Put the vegetable oil into your crock pot, along with the pork roast. Pour the broth, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and barbecue sauce over the roast, then rub the pork with the chili powder and brown sugar. Set the crock pot to high, cover, and cook for 5 hours. Once the pork is cooked, use two forks to shred it, mixing it all with the sauce. Serve on rolls or buns, topped with extra barbecue sauce.
