- 1 C. Unsalted Butter
- 1 C. Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 stack Saltine Crackers
- 1 12 oz. bag Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 10 oz. bag Heath Bar Toffee Bits (or more)
Preheat oven to 350. Completely line a jellyroll pan with aluminum foil & smooth out. Spray it with non-stick cooking spray then place the Saltines side by side in pan. Melt the butter on your stovetop and stir in sugar. Bring to a boil, and then let boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over the Saltines. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
Evenly distribute the chocolate chips over Saltines. Let stand for a few minutes and then use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate. Immediately sprinkle Heath Bar Bits & cover with foil. Cool to room temperature. Chill until firm. Remove from refrigerator & break into pieces.
