Ingredients
- 1 C fresh corn kernels, cooked
- 1 cup refried black beans
- 1 C diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbs. chopped red onion
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh jalapeño pepper
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 flour tortillas
- 8 leaves green leaf
- Sour cream, as needed

Directions
Combine first eight ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate before using.
Place 2 leaves of green leaf in each tortilla. Spread black bean and corn mix evenly among tortillas. Add as much sour cream as needed on top of ingredients. Serve with a side of nacho chips.
