Southwest Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
- 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 C. grated cheese
- dash garlic powder
- 2 to 3 C. corn chips
Directions
Brown ground beef with diced onion. Drain. Add cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), green chilies, and garlic powder. In baking dish, layer corn chips, meat mixture, enchilada sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers ending with corn chips. Bake covered at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until heated. Can also be baked in the microwave.
