  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans green beans, drained
  • 1 (15.25 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 C. pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix green beans, corn, soup, cheese, salt and ground pepper in a large bowl. Stir until ingredients are well blended. Place mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake for 30 minutes or until well browned. Serve warm.
