Southwestern Cashews
Ingredients
- 4 C. cashews, whole
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
Directions
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. Add the nuts and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Drain. Toss with the spices. Allow to cool before serving.
Yield: 4 cups
