Ingredients
- one 10-inch 98% fat-free flour tortilla
- 1/2 C. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 C. finely chopped plum tomatoes
- 2 Tbs. minced pickled jalapeno slices
- 3 scallions (white part plus 1 inch of green), thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. crushed dried oregano
- 2 Tbs. Chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- fat-free sour cream, optional
Directions
Preheat broiler.
Place the tortilla on a nonstick baking sheet. Top evenly with mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle evenly with remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until cheese melts and edge of tortilla is crisp and lightly browned. Cut into wedges. Pass the sour cream around.
