Southwestern Round Steak
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 C. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. steak sauce
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak or flank steak
Directions
In a non-reactive dish or pan, combine oil, vinegar, steak sauce, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add steak to marinade; cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Broil or grill steak, basting frequently with marinade.
