Southwestern Shrimp Kabobs
- 1 lb. large shrimp, raw, peeled, de-veined
- 8 large cherry tomatoes
- 8 scallions, bulb and 2" of greens
- 1/4 C. Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle 10 Minute Marinade
Thread 4 skewers evenly with shrimp, tomatoes, and scallions. Pour Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle 10 Minute Marinade over kabobs, let sit for 10 minutes. Grill in preheated grill approximately 3 minutes, turn, grill another 2-3 minutes until shrimp is pink, basting with additional Mrs. Dash 10 Minute Marinade, if desired.
